Been way too long since i scrapped but we have been on holidays for a month and then back to reality working.It has taken its toll just getting back to routine this week.

I hope to get a few things scrapped over the next few weeks.
I have some nice wedding pics to scrap of my niece Nikki,plenty of holiday pics too.As well as a grandsons 1st birthday and a granddaughters birth .So no excuses now.

This kit is just perfect to scrap your Xmas pics with,I hadn't scrapped any pics from last year as i never really like Xmas papers.But this kit was just fab and all the papers were so easy to scrap with,I do love the music notes paper and the dots,and the newspaper print paper.Also the prima flowers.So pop on over to my creative scrapbook and get yourself a kit for this years pics.

I also had a photo shoot with this beautiful baby Lauren Rose she is so cute.She is Mikayla's godmothers daughter,and is 9 weeks old now.
It was such a pretty pallet to use this week,Mikayla and i were in this years xmas pageant in Adelaide.Over three hundred thousand people lined the streets of Adelaide to watch it.What an amazing experience it was for Mikayla and i.

A new granddaughter has arrived

We are thrilled to announce a new granddaughter and niece has arrived .

Tailah Addisyn was born at 2.25 am Saturday 26th of November,weighing 7lb 6oz and 49.5 cm long.She was born very quickly in the end.Mum and baby are both doing fine.

Nanny also relieved that i got to see her 45 minutes after she was born.But very tired now .She is very sweet and congratulations Jason,Carly and Lachlan on your beautiful baby girl.
And here is a close up of her and I'm sure there will be lots more to come.Thanks for all the wishes from family and friends take care Love Kerry xx

I would like to thank Soffie and Andrew from scrap matts for an amazing year on there DT.

I have enjoyed every minute of it.I have decided to resign from my DT position at scrapmatts and take a bit of time off before xmas and wait and see what might transpire for next year.

I'm thinking of taking up a bit of study in photography as i love taking pictures.

The color room #78 very pretty feminine colors this week.I have done this for a friend that i am going to catch up with next week.I have an album for her of her daughter.Sally passed away about three years ago now she was a really beautiful fun spirited girl.I struggled doing her album and found myself in tears each time i looked at her.But it was good therapy for me.

And this one is for the scrap the girls for October the challenge is distressing and the word love.I love this latest release papers from kaiser.

I forgot to put this up last week.The coloroom #72 This is Mikayla and her godmother Melissa,Mikayla is wearing Melissa's christening gown she has grown a bit since then lol.

The color room #73 bright bold colors just loved how this turned out.My fav stamp too.Lachlan turned three last Sunday and he so much fun playing in the sandpit on his birthday.He cant resist throwing sand at people too little monkey.

My take on the coloroom this week the palette is so bright and fun i loved it.

These are the LE kit just loved this kit it was awesome to work with and very inspirational.Pam does such a good job of putting them together.This kit even came with some prima masks.

Well we are on the move again so packing here again,the landlord told us he is selling the house so we did not procrastinate,i started looking and found the perfect house in another very close suburb to where we live now.It is bright spacious and very very well maintained so happy i found it and it is cheaper so I'm happy with that.

The little tools and cogs are from scrapmatts they glimmermisted and i used gesso on them as well they really are cute.

The little insects are also scrapmatts.And the key and lock.

These colors this week were really hard for me i so do not scrap with these.I really liked the way they came together though.The picture was taken in England when i visited Travis last year.I really love all the old buildings and doors over there they have so much character.

My second scrap the girls for this month yep already,the last one got picked up for publication so i have replaced it with this one.It has the same techniques that i used on the last layout,i have mod podged,stamped and masked this layout.And there is a cute little bird cage that i have used from scrapmatts also.Mikayla and Harmony,Charmanes daughter get on so well and Mikayla had to have puppy in the pick for good measure.

The color room challenge very pretty this week,i was inspired to use circles from Jannine and the pleating around the circle from Karola.

The STG challenge for this month just write 25 or more words in your own handwriting about someone who is important in your life.

123 challenge for this month using red and stitching and the word fun.I love these pics of our grandson Harrison he is so cute.

My Kaisercraft Entry

I have decided to do a couple of cards,i have used kaiser stamps and also to two ranges of papers the Chanteuse Collection and the English rose collection.

I decided also to decorate this bird cage i had home here using one of the kaiser flourishes and of course the beautiful paper roses from Kaiser.

This off the page book was just perfect for when my daughter started fairy dancing,i have had this one for quite a while now the papers were a butterfly collection fro kaiser.

This is my son and daughter at her bring a friend or grandparent day,she brought along her elder brother.I have used the the class of 87 papers and also used the alphabet stamps from kaiser as the background with glimmer mist and embossing.And i hand cut all the little people as well.

This is our cute little grandson Harrison,i have gone into my stash and found there kasier Loire valley papers,also kaiser alpha stamps on the cheeky boy,the laugh and giggle stamps up the top right hand corner are another older set of kaiser stamps too.I also used the bubble wrap stamp and embossing in the background with glimmer mist.I have cut the bird house and the birds from the papers.

Mikayla with her dad she loves him to bits and is very spoilt too.i have used the English rose papers here,also cutting up the papers to get the effect i wanted,the rubons are the sayings about dads,the journal ling block is from the journal ling stamp blocks.

Ad of course the little chick and me,i have used the dress form ,the Chanteuse collection papers,bling and rubons on this layout.

And last but not least is my daughter Mikayla and her friend Harmony they are so funny together,they love visiting each other.I have used some of the magic happens collection here,and airy fairy paper.Also the birdcage and pearls.The rubons and the stamps are kaiser as well.

The color room #54 ,I have done this for the color room challenge this week,i have used the lollipop and prima flowers on this layout,the lolly pop flowers are made by the talented Charmaine Koch.You can buy them from her blog in packets of four They are great embellishments for your page.

And Harmony and Mikayla they are great friends we had a lovely weekend catching up with Charmaine ,Harmony and baby tee hee,Ryarne.I also got to meet Jodie and Kathryn and Bronny scrappers from the mount we had had a few good laughs and one or two bevvies.I have made some really great friends from scrapping and these ladies sure made me welcome.Cant wait to do it again very soon

Scrap the girls for April,you need to do a layout finding some inspiration from the picture on the scrap with girls blog,I took the colors as an inspiration.The large swirl in this layout is a scrapmatts swirl.Of course prima flowers too and the background masks.

And this is my take on the 123 challenge blog for April it was lime green,material and the word really.It came out very pretty.I have also used scrap matts twigg CB2014 and the small doves come in the pack too.And some prima masks and flowers,leaves and journal ling card too.

The color room #51 i wasn't sure about the colors of this when i first saw it but when i scrapped them i really liked them.The pictures also helped with the color combo as well.Loved how happy the two of them looked here.

Finally i managed to get this done,I was RDA You were RDA #3 (Palettes 9 to 12)

And i have also been featured artist i think three times lost count lol.Just love these prima masks,and of course the prima flowers and kaiser craft flowers go so well together.And can you see the two little doves they are from scrapmatts and so adorable love them so much.And Of course the little cherub Mikayla.

The color room i have done 48 of them so far one to complete from the other week.They are having color palette 50 this week and i think some special things to go along with the palette release.It has been a very inspiring blog for me with a number of my layouts being published or waiting to be published.I have been also featured a couple of times on there blog cant remember which layouts lol.

I have also used some scrapmatts chippy butterflies these are just the perfect size don't you think i really love these little butterflies.Mikayla just loves this doll she has had her for about four years and bought some new clothes for her with some of her birthday money.

Well only about a week and a half till Travis is off back to England very sad day i think.I got some really lovely shots of him and Mikayla on Sunday i will share very soon.I am going to go and have a bit of a photo shoot with Travis,Carla,Mikayla,Jason,Carly and Lachlan on Thursday night i hope i can get some nice pics of them all.It will be along time until they are altogether here in Adelaide again.Have a fab week thanks for visiting take care Love Kerry xx

Prima march build a page look how young she was only about 18 months and if looks could kill watch out lol.She was a fair little devil on the afternoon of Carlys wedding cried and would not smile at all ,times have changed she loves the camera now.Also i seen on the prima blog that my page was shown for the last months build a page so the last two months i have got on there yay.If you haven't noticed what product i always tend to use lol.

Today Mikayla went and bought some little things with her birthday money and baby got a new dress and a bath she was thrilled so was Mikayla lol.And of course we had to get photographed with her.She really has grown up so much and six years have flown.

scrap the girls and 123 challenge for this month

123 challenge for this month is using blue,the word too, two or to.Also a doily oops i forgot the doily but my lace will have to do lol.Also on this i have used the scrapmatts little gulls they are adorable and the new leaves as well as the little swirls all new product.Check it out it is great for embellishing your page.And of course all the new prima.I dug this adorable pic of Mikayla when she was 18 months old and in her sisters wedding,Carly's that is,tomorrow that little precious bundle is going to be six.Cant believe it.

My take on the scrap the girls for this month i used one of the quotes on here,take a look on the scrap the girls blog and have a go at it for March.Well four years have flown Carly and Jason have been married now for four years they also have a son that is two so much has happened in the last 6 years since Mikayla was born it is unbelievable.I love the new dress stamp from prima and the new masks ,i can see a lot more layouts happening with these.

I have done this layout with some new prima just yummy love all the new stuff.Looking forward to using some of the masks too.They are such a stunning couple cant wait only a few more days now till i see them both.
I have also pulled out some of Carly's wedding photos too scrap as i really only ever scrapped a mini book of her wedding.
I found the cutest pic of Mikayla that i am scrapping at the moment she was an adorable flower girl too.That page i'm doing for 123 challenge blog for March.I also have on the go my scrap the girls page for March.Coming up too soon the months have flown by.
Gosh Mikayla turns six next Wednesday i do not know where the time has gone it has been such a topsy turvy six years.She has lived in 5 houses in 6 years gosh that sounds bad lol.And two states.

First of all i got this layout chosen for the color room featured artist for the week which i was stoked about.But the next thing was a dream come true.

But this has just blown me away i got a front cover how awesome is that,well in my world it is.I haven't actually seen the magazine yet it hasn't come in yet but a friend Mal took a pic of hers.Mikayla is smile like a chess er cat.We will go to the news agency they are going to call us up when it arrives.

I have finally got around to doing the color room 38 challenge now I'm up to date with that .I have used texture paste on this layout i have been inspired by so many of the girls on the color room blog that have used texture paste lately.Also these little silhouette girls are from seriously scrap booking a local shop here.And thanks Jane for the fence it looks so cute on here.Thanks again to Tess for this beautiful pic of Carla and Mikayla i have PS it.
